The PURPOSE of this new style Flight Training Manual and CD-ROM Digital PDF Book is to provide an 'easy to understand' introduction to recreational flying.

General Information -
It is designed for recreational pilots desiring to obtain their RA-Aus (Recreational Aviation Australia) Pilot Certificate. This Course comprises of 10 easy flight training theory lessons which follow the practical flying exercises in the Recreational (RA-Aus) Flight Training Syllabus. Each lesson commences with a summary of  the flight training lesson. Each lesson has its own cover page and table of contents, as well as there being a detailed table of contents in the front. The manual has an index at the back. The CD-ROM has a search function.  
It contains all the theory needed for RA-Aus examinations in: 

•  Basic Aeronautical Knowledge (BAK)
•  Flight Rules & Air Law (Air Legislation)
•  Radio
•  Navigation & Meteorology (A set of 10 cross-country flight plan forms & logs are also included with each manual & are included on the CD-ROM).

  The theory content, as far as practicable, is included with the flight training lesson to which it relates. THIS IS WHY IT IS SO UNIQUE!... It SPLITS & MATES the lessons to the theory subject, enabling the student pilot to study the theory that will benefit him as he progresses through his flying training.

  The CD-ROM operates with Adobe Acrobat and will open automatically on your computer.
